Southwest Metropolitan will be conducting repairs on the pump station located near W. Arbor Pl. and W. Coal Mine Ave. on April 21 at 11 pm and ending at approximately 2 am on April 22.
The district conducted repairs on the pump station on March 2 and March 3, which were successful; however, an additional maintenance issue was discovered and needs to be addressed before the end of this month. These repairs require another outage of water service, which the district intends to schedule beginning Thursday, April 21 at 11:00 pm and ending at approximately 2:00 am on Friday, April 22, 2022. *This is an estimate of the outage time, and may be shorter or longer depending on the progress of the work.
During this time, customers in the outage area may experience very low water pressure or potentially no water service at all. The district requests all customers refrain from water use during this period unless absolutely necessary. This allows us to save water stored in the system for any emergencies that might arise during the planned outage. Additionally, we ask you store some water in tubs or basins to use for flushing toilets.
