Southwest Metro Water & Sanitation has contracted with Levi Contractors to replace the water main in Polo Ridge Drive between Thoroughbred Run and the end of the cul-de-sac. Click here to view map. This project will replace 788 feet of 12-inch PVC pipe with 6-inch PVC pipe for water quality assurance. The existing pipeline was installed with the intention of connecting to and serving future development which is no longer feasible.
Construction will start the week of June 1st. This project is expected to be substantially completed in three weeks from the start date.
- Working hours will be from 7 am to 5 pm
- Short-term outages will be required as the work progresses.
- Residents will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the outages.
The District realizes that many families will be at home during the construction. If requested, the District can supply bottled drinking water to customers during scheduled outages. To request bottled water you may contact the office at 303-979-2333 or info@swmetrowater.org.
