Water Main Damaged in Columbine West

WATER SERVICE WAS RESTORED TO ALL AFFECTED RESIDENTS AT 11:30 AM.

UPDATE:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the water service was off throughout the night affecting all residents outlined on the map. The water service was restored at 7:30 am today, but unfortunately there is still a leak on the line. Water restoration time is currently unknown. Updates will follow. The district apologizes for this inconvenience. The water line was marked properly by District staff, but was damaged by another company.

A boring contractor hit a Southwest Metro water main near 8131 W. Quarto Dr.

• The damaged segment of pipe has been isolated.
• Water service interruption will affect the 21 residents outlined on the map from 2 pm until approximately 6 pm tonight.
