District staff has recently given presentations at HOA meetings in your area. These presentations are helpful to communities and residents by providing information on who the district is, what services we provide, and who to contact in certain situations.
For instance, an emergency, such as a water main break should be reported to Southwest Metropolitan Water & Sanitation District, but a question regarding your billing status should be directed to Denver Water or the City of Littleton. This is because Southwest Metro operates and maintains the water and sewer mains that your service lines connect to and does not do any billing itself.
