To improve system reliability and support nearby development, the district contracted with Fiore & Sons to install a new parallel section of 36-inch diameter sewer pipe alongside the existing 33-inch D-Line Sewer Interceptor near Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive.

⚠️ Construction Impacts:
Work began in late November 2025 and is expected to be completed in early 2026. Temporary closures along the Mary Carter Greenway trail may occur. The district will work closely with contractors to minimize disruptions and keep residents informed throughout the project.
