The Board of Directors election that was to be held on March 8, 2018, was cancelled due to there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates.
Special districts, by state law, are allowed to cancel elections if there are not more candidates than vacancies on the board, therefore, all incumbencies were deemed reelected till May 2022.
The following candidates are hereby declared elected:
Anthony M. Dursey – 4 year term
Bernard J. Sebastian Jr. – 4 year term
George E. Hamblin Jr. – 4 year term
