🚧 D-Line Sewer Interceptor Upgrade Coming Soon!
To support continued growth in our community, the district will upsize a section of the D-Line Sewer Interceptor near Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive. A new 36-inch sewer pipe will be installed alongside the existing 33-inch line to boost capacity and system reliability.

⚠️ Construction Impacts:
Work is anticipated to begin mid-October 2025. Temporary trail closures along the Mary Carter Greenway may occur. The district will coordinate with contractors to minimize disruptions and keep residents informed throughout construction.
